End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Licensee,” or “you”) and JavanSOFT (“Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our Word add-ins (the “Software”). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, JavanSOFT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, lifetime license to install and use the Software on a single computer.
The license is valid only after successful online activation.
Each license key is tied to one device. To use the Software on another device, you must purchase an additional license.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Share or publicly post your license key.
Circumvent the license activation mechanism.
Violation of these restrictions will immediately terminate your license without refund.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. JavanSOFT retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership in the Software.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Your lifetime license includes access to updates and bug fixes released by JavanSOFT.
Major upgrades or new products may require a separate purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features without prior notice.

5. Support

Licensees are entitled to reasonable technical support via email or support portal.
Support covers installation, activation, and usage guidance, but does not include custom modifications.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach its terms.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Software.

7. Limited Warranty

The Software is provided “as is.”
We warrant that the Software will perform substantially as described in the documentation at the time of purchase.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
JavanSOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the purchase price paid.
You are solely responsible for backing up your documents and ensuring compatibility.

9. License Activation and Verification

Internet access is required for initial license activation.
After activation, the Software can function offline, but we may occasionally re-verify licenses to prevent fraud.

10. Transfer of License

Licenses are personal and non-transferable.
If your device becomes unusable, contact support for possible reactivation, subject to our discretion.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and JavanSOFT regarding the Software.
